Steps
1. Peel off the skin of the potatoes, clean them and cut them into pieces, not too big, about 0.6 cm.
2. Wash and chop the millet, peel, wash and mince the garlic, wash and chop the green onions.

Tips
- 1. Don’t cut the potato slices too thin. A slightly thicker one will taste better.
- 2. Add some chili powder and fry it to make it more attractive.
