Steak Pasta
Ingredients
- Pasta 160g
- Steak 1 piece
- Cucumber 1 root
- Carrot Half root
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Edible oil Appropriate amount
- Black pepper sauce Appropriate amount
Steps
1. Cook the pasta in cold water.
2. Remove and control the moisture for later use.
3. Defrost the steak naturally and cut into cubes.
4. Cut the cucumber into cubes.
5. Cut the carrots into cubes.
6. Chop garlicbroken.
7. Pour an appropriate amount of cooking oil into the wok to heat up, and add the diced steak.
8. Fry over high heat until cooked, take out and set aside.
9. Continue to heat the oil in the pot, add the minced garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.
10. Add the diced carrots and stir-fry for about a minute.
11. Add diced cucumber and stir-fry until it changes color.
12. Add the pasta and stir-fry evenly.
13. Add the fried steak cubes.
14. Stir fry evenly.
15. Season with black pepper sauce according to your own taste.
16. Stir fry evenly.
17. Remove and serve on a plate.
