Ingredients
- All-purpose flour 500g
- Water 240 grams
- Salt 8 grams
- Corn oil Appropriate amount
Steps
1. Put flour, water and salt into the bread machine and knead for 30 minutes
2. Wake up for 10 minutes
3. Roll the dough into a long strip, pinch the dough and flatten it
4. Roll out into the size of the dough
5. Soak the rolled dumpling wrappers in corn oil for one hour
6. Take out the dumpling wrappers from the corn oil, stack 10 dumpling wrappers together, squeeze out the oil in the middle and set aside
7. Roll out a pile of dumpling wrappers into a cake shape
8. Roll everything out
9. Put the cake into the steamer, boil the water and steam for 8-10 minutes
10. Uncover the steamed cake while it is hot
11. See if it is very thin?

- 1. I use a bread machine to knead the dough, but you can also knead the dough manually
- 2. A little more pinching than dumplings is better
- 3. Corn oil can be replaced with salad oil or other tasteless oil
- 4. It is best to uncover the steamed cake while it is hot. It will not be easy to uncover when it is cold
