Steamed crab
Ingredients
- Crab 3
- Butter 15g
- Tai Diao Yellow Wine 15g
- rice cake 10 pieces or as desired
- Salt 1Diudi
- Ginger 3 slices
Steps
1. Rice cake cleaning
2. Control dry water and cut into 4-5cm thick slices
3. Spread the rice cake on the bottom of the plate, and then sprinkle a drizzle of salt evenly on the rice cake)
4. Wash the crabs and place them on the rice cakes (I cut off the crab claws)
5. Ginger slices
6. Put ginger slices on the crab
7. Melt butter
8. Prepared Tai Diao wine
9. Mix Tai Diao and butter together
10. Pour onto the crab
11. Open the steamer and steam it
12. Steam over high heat for about 10-12 minutes to mature (such as a slightly delayed crab growth time)
