Steamed egg with minced meat and tofu
Ingredients
- Silky tofu 1 piece
- Egg 1 piece
- Pork 1 small piece
- Cooking wine Appropriate amount
- Oyster sauce Appropriate amount
- Light soy sauce Appropriate amount
- Table salt A little
Steps
1. Prepare the ingredients.
2. Slice the soft tofu, add a little salt and marinate for a while. The tofu will release water and drain away the water.
3. Beat the eggs with a little salt.
4. Add 1.5 times the warm water and stir evenly.

6. Slowly pour the egg liquid into the tofu bowl.

Tips
- 1. If you want the steamed eggs to be delicate and tender, they must be sieved
