Steamed loofah with garlic vermicelli
Ingredients
- Luffa 1 strip
- Vermicelli 20g
- Garlic 1 capsule
- Oil 3 grams
- Salt 1 gram
- Chicken essence 1g
- Light soy sauce 5 grams
Steps
1. Prepare materials
2. Soak the vermicelli in water to soften it
3. Fan segmentation
