3. Add appropriate amount of starch, white sugar, salt and cooking wine to the soaked pork ribs
4. Mix well and marinate for about an hour (the longer the marinating time, the more flavorful and tender the ribs will be)
5. Peel the garlic and keep it whole for later use
6. Heat the oil pan, add garlic and black beans and stir-fry until fragrant
7. Pour the fried garlic and tempeh into the marinated ribs
8. Mix evenly and pour into the steaming bowl
9. If you have a steamer at home, put it in. If you don’t have one, just steam it in a pot

13. The ribs wrapped in starch are tender and juicy, and the fried black beans and garlic are rich in flavor
14. A piece of pork ribs can make you have endless aftertaste all day long
Tips
- 1⃣️Steamed pork ribs cannot be boiled in water, otherwise they will not be tender. 2⃣️After the tempeh is stir-fried with oil, its unique flavor will easily penetrate into the pork ribs. 3⃣️ Putting the ribs in the steamer after steaming will make them more tender and juicy than putting them directly in the steamer
