Stir-fried bacon with king oyster mushrooms
Ingredients
- Pleurotus eryngii 2 roots
- Bacon 100g
- Green garlic 2 roots
- Green pepper 2/3 pieces
- Chives Half root
- Garlic 1 clove
- Ginger 2 slices
- Oil 4 grams
- Salt 2 grams
- Light soy sauce 5ml
- Peppercorns 12 grains
Steps
1. Prepare king oyster mushrooms, green garlic, onions, ginger and garlic.
2. Prepare bacon and green peppers.
