1. First we prepare all the ingredients
2. I have washed and chopped the green onions in advance
3. Rinse the sea rice briefly and soak it in warm water and set aside
4. Wash the cabbage and tear it into pieces with your hands. Discard the old stems
5. Wash the broad beans, drain them and set aside
6. Take out the soaked sea rice and drain it. Do not throw away the soaked water, it will be used later
7. Heat the oil in the pan, heat the pan with cold oil, and add the sea rice
8. Stir-fry over low heat until the sea rice changes color
9. Add cabbage and turn to high heat
10. Stir-fry until the cabbage becomes slightly soft
11. Put down broad beans
12. Stir fry for 30 seconds
13. Cook some cooking wine
14. Stir fry evenly
15. Add the water used to soak the sea rice, and do not pour the dirt at the bottom of the bowl
