Stir-fried Cauliflower
Ingredients
- Pork 200g
- Cauliflower 400g
- Ginger 10g
- Garlic 3 cloves
- Dried chili 2 pcs
- Soy sauce 2 tablespoons
- Cooking wine 1 tablespoon
- Salt A little
- Starch 1 teaspoon
Steps
1. Cut the pork into thin strips
2. Put it in a bowl, add a little soy sauce, starch and cooking wine, mix well and marinate for a while
3. Wash and drain the cauliflower and cut into small pieces
4. Mince ginger and garlic, and cut dry chili into sections
5. Pour a little oil into the pot, heat it up and stir-fry the shredded pork.
6. Stir-fry until the shredded meat changes color, then add minced ginger and stir-fry evenly
7. Add soy sauce and cooking wine, stir-fry until colored
8. Serve it out for later use
9. Pour a little oil into the pot again, heat it up and stir-fry the cauliflower
10. Stir-fry slowly over medium heat
11. Stir fry the cauliflower until it becomes soft
12. Add minced garlic and dried chili and continue to stir-fry
13. Add shredded pork and stir-fry evenly
14. Add a little salt
15. Stir fry evenly.
