Stir-fried Chicken with Hoisin Sauce
Ingredients
- Chicken breast One piece (large piece)
- Cucumber One

Steps
1. Ingredients: chicken breast, cucumber, eggs, onions, ginger, garlic
2. Wash and cut the cucumber into 4 strips
3. Remove the pulp
4. Dice
5. Dice chicken
6. Pickling: 1/3 egg liquid, 6g cooking wine, 18g dry starch (10 minutes)
7. Chop onions, ginger and garlic
8. Mix the sauce: Lee Kum Kee seafood sauce, chili sauce, oyster sauce, dark soy sauce, salt, sugar and water
9. Pour marinated chicken into the pan
