Stir-fried diced pork with edamame rice
Ingredients
- Edamame rice 300g
- Lean pork A small piece
- Red pepper One
- Garlic A few grains
- Doubanjiang or dark soy sauce A spoonful
- Cooking wine, sugar, salt, star anise, ginger slices A little
Steps
1. Peeled fresh edamame rice
2. To control my weight, I use lean pork, which is actually practical.Bringing some fat and lean pork belly or adding a little fat will make the flavor more fragrant
3. Dice the meat and red pepper, slice or smash the garlic
4. Heat oil in a pot, add garlic slices and a few slices of ginger and saute until fragrant
5. Add diced meat and stir-fry until white
6. Stir-fry the diced meat until the water is dry, add a little cooking wine and stir-fry evenly
7. Add washed edamame rice
8. Fry the edamame until the rice is tender and add a little sugar
9. Add a small spoonful of bean paste. If I don’t have the bean paste at home, I will add a little bit of Haitian’s bibimbap sauce
10. If you don’t like sauce, you can use dark soy sauce instead
11. Because I have a small amount of ingredients, I only added a little star anise
12. Add a little hot water, remember to be hot water, and then add a little salt. If you are frying with sauce, you don’t need to add it. Add it according to your taste
13. Cover and bring to a boil, then turn to medium-low and cook for a few minutes (depending on the amount of ingredients)
14. Remove the lid of the pot, add diced red pepper and reduce the juice over high heat
15. The super delicious stir-fried diced pork with edamame rice is out of the oven. Just this one dish can make you eat two bowls of rice
Tips
- Cut the meat into small cubes and fry the edamame in advance to shorten the cooking time and allow you to leave the hot kitchen as soon as possible. The sauce can have the thick, greasy texture of braised vegetables
