Stir-fried lettuce slices
Ingredients
- Lettuce 1 piece
- Carrot 1/3 strips
- Garlic 3 cloves
- Salt 3g
- Zanthoxylum bungeanum powder 2g
- Olive oil 20ml
Steps
1. Peel off the skin of lettuce
2. Cut diagonally into pieces of about 2cm
3. Cut into slices
4. Peel off the skin of the carrots and cut them diagonally into pieces
5. Cut into slices, peel and mince the garlic.
6. Chopped lettuce slices and carrot slices
7. Heat the pot and add oil
8. Add minced garlic and fry until fragrant
9. Add carrots and lettuce slices
10. Add a little water, salt, and pepper powder and stir-fry until cooked.
11. Plate and serve.
Tips
- If you don’t like the numbing smell of Sichuan peppercorns, you can leave it out.
