Stir-fried pork slices with garlic sprouts
Garlic sprouts 500 grams | Pork belly 100g |
Salt 5 grams | Yellow wine 10ML |

Step 1
Cut the garlic sprouts into about one inch long sections and cut the pork belly into thin slices.Step 2
Add cooking oil to a hot pan. When the oil temperature is about 70-80% hot, add sliced meat and fry until it changes color and turns white.Step 3
Add the garlic sprouts and stir-fry over high heat for about 3 minutes. Pour in the rice wine, salt and sugar and stir-fry for about 1 minute.Step 4
