Stir-fried Shredded Vegetarian Pork with Wild Spinach
Ingredients
- Wild spinach 200g
- Protein jerky 80g
- Minced garlic 5g
- Ginger 5g
- Chopped green onion 5g
- Light soy sauce 1 spoon
- Oyster sauce 1 spoon
- Salt 1 teaspoon
- Chicken essence 1 teaspoon
Steps
1. Soak the vegetarian meat in warm water,
2. Boil water in a pot,
3. Blanch the soaked vegetarian meat for a while.
4. Take out and drain the water.
5. Cut into thin strips.
6. Remove old roots and bad leaves from wild spinach and clean them.
7. Cut the onions, ginger and garlic with a knife.
8. Heat the pan with cold oil and sauté the onion, ginger and garlic until fragrant.
9. Enter wild spinach.
