Stir-fried Spaghetti with Black Pepper Beef Tenderloin
Ingredients
- Pasta 200g
- Beef 150g
- Carrot Half
- Broccoli Half
- Black pepper sauce Two tablespoons
- Oil Two spoons
- Salt Appropriate amount
- Onions Appropriate amount
Steps
1. All ingredients, cut beef into strips, shred onions, peel and shred carrots, and cut broccoli into small florets
2. Boil water in the pot and add pasta
3. Pour in cooking oil, salt, stir gently, bring to a boil, then reduce to low heat and simmer for fifteen minutes
4. Beef is marinated steak, no additional seasoning is required
5. After the pasta is cooked, take it out andcold water, drain and set aside
6. Boil water in another pot, add broccoli and blanch it
7. Heat the pan and heat the oil
8. Add onions and saute until fragrant
9. Add carrot shreds in turn
10. Then add beef and stir-fry
11. Fry until the color changes
12. Add black pepper sauce and stir-fry all ingredients until flavourful
13. Pour in the pasta
14. Stir fry evenly
15. Add appropriate amount of salt to taste and serve

- When cooking noodles, adjust the time appropriately according to the brand of pasta you buy. Some brands of pasta only need to be cooked for seven or eight minutes
