strawberry pudding
Ingredients
- Strawberry (juice) 200g
- Strawberry (decoration) 50 to 100 grams
- Yoghurt 100g
- Gelatin 5g
- Fine sugar 40g
Steps
1. Use fresh strawberries and homemade yogurt.
2. Rinse the strawberries several times with running water and remove the stems and leaves.
3. Use part for juice and leave a small part for decoration.
4. Put the strawberries into the food processor.
5. Add yogurt and granulated sugar.
6. Start the food processor and blend into juice.
7. Pour into a container, heat with insulation water or microwave until lukewarm and set aside.
8. Soak the gelatine in cold boiled water for one or two minutes until softened.
9. The insulated water melts into liquid form.
10. Pour into the lukewarm strawberry yogurt liquid.
11. Mix well.
12. Pour into the pudding bottle. If you do not add chopped strawberries, you can make three full bottles of 100 ml.
13. Add chopped strawberries and make 4 bottles.
14. In this way, you can eat large strawberry pieces when eating, and the taste will be richer.
15. Cover the lid and place it in the refrigerator for about two hours, depending on the size of the container.
16. Wait for about 2 hours to solidify and then add some decorations.
17. Sweet and smooth strawberry pudding, every bite is satisfying and not too high in calories.
