Sweet and Spicy Braised Duck Wings
Duck wings One pound | Ginger slices 15 tablets |
Zanthoxylum bungeanum A handful | Geranium leaves, star anise, dried tempeh Appropriate amount |

Wash the duck wings and chop them from the middle. Pour cold water into a pot, add peppercorns, ginger slices and cooking wine to the pot.Step 2
