Pork belly 400g | Ginger 1 small block |
Star anise 1 | Cinnamon 1 block |
Fragrant leaves 1 tablet | Rock Sugar 4, 5 capsules |
Light soy sauce 25 grams | Cooking wine 3 spoons |

Step 1
1️⃣ Wash and dice the pork belly, add cooking wine and marinate for 5 minutes 2️⃣ Put cooking oil, star anise, bay leaves and diced pork belly in the pot, stir-fry over low heat for 6 minutesStep 2
