Steps
1. Main ingredients, white clams, tofu, vegetables, etc.
2. Main soup ingredients, soybean paste and chili sauce.
3. Put all the white clams you bought into a basin, and then add a little vegetable oil to the water. The part of water covered by vegetable oil is isolated from the air, and the shellfish will stretch out its body to breathe due to lack of oxygen, thus achieving the cleaning effect. But it should be noted that just the right amount of vegetable oil is enough, but not too much to prevent the white clams from suffocating to death. You must choose live white clams, which are easier to remove sand and are more delicious.
4. Put an appropriate amount of water in the pot, add white clams, an appropriate amount of onion and ginger, a little cooking wine, and bring to a boil over high heat.
5. Cook until the mouth of the white clam opens and fish it out.
