Thai Fried Shrimp Cakes
Ingredients
- Fresh prawns 350g
- Cilantro 10g
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Fish Sauce 1 spoon
- Green Lemon Half
- Salt 1 spoon
- Black pepper Appropriate amount
- Eggs 1
- Potato starch Appropriate amount
- Bread crumbs Appropriate amount
Steps
1. Remove heads and shells from 350G prawns.
2. Get a big bowl of shrimps.
3. Chop the shrimp and coriander into sections, smash the garlic into flat pieces, put it into a food processor, add 1 tablespoon of fish sauce, 1 tablespoon of salt, and appropriate amount of black pepper.
4. Finally add lime juice (juice squeezed from half a lemon) and stir.
5. It turns into a lot of shrimp cake fillings in an instant.
6. Take a ball of shrimp cake and press it into your hands to form a ball.
7. Roll it in the starch plate to cover it with potato starch.
8. Gently pat into cake shape.
9. Beat the eggs into egg liquid, so that the shrimp cakes are covered with egg liquid in the egg liquid bowl.
10. Finally, coat both sides of the shrimp cakes with bread crumbs.
11. The shrimp cakes are ready to be fried and ready to eat.
12. When the oil is 70% hot, add the shrimp cakes and fry over low heat until golden brown on both sides, then take them out to control the oil.
