Thai pineapple rice
Ingredients
- Pineapple 1
- Carrot Half root
- Onions 1/4 pieces
- Sausage 50g
- Cashew nuts 10 or so
- Fish Sauce 1 spoon
- Salt 2 spoons
- Sugar 1 spoon
- Onions 3 roots
- Rice 1 large bowl
- Cooking wine Half tablespoon
Steps
1. Prepare ingredients
2. Cut pineapple into 1/4
3. Slowly dig out the pulp
4. Cut part of the pulp into cubes and set aside
5. Cut the carrots, sausages and onions into cubes and set aside
6. After heating the pan, pour in oil
7. When it is 80% hot, add onions
8. Then add carrots
9. Add sausage
10. Finally add cashews and stir-fry for one minute
11. Then add rice and stir-fry evenly
12. Add cooking wine
13. Add fish sauce. Fish sauce must be added when making pineapple rice to have an authentic taste
14. Add the pineapple prepared in advance
15. Add salt
16. Add sugar and stir-fry evenly.
17. Finally, sprinkle with chopped green onions and serve.
