Thai-style sweet and spicy sauce with tomato and pork
Ingredients

Steps
1. Chop green onion and ginger
2. Chop the garlic into pieces
3. Put the onion and ginger into the pork filling, add a little salt and light soy sauce, and stir evenly
4. Cut the eggplant into two slices, but don’t cut it with the first knife and cut it with the second knife
5. Stuff the meat filling into the eggplant clip
6. Stick cornstarch on it before frying
7. Fry the eggplant clips until brown on both sides
8. Serve out for later use
