#Thanksgiving recipe#Grinning baby bear cookies
Ingredients
- Low gluten flour 110g
- Butter 40g
- Grass eggs 1
- Powdered sugar 40g
- Salt 1g
Steps
1. Cut the butter into small pieces and soften at room temperature. (It will soften naturally at room temperature)
2. Add salt to the softened butter, and then add powdered sugar.
3. Use a silicone spatula to stir evenly. (This will prevent the powdered sugar from flying when you start the whisk.) Start the electric mixer and beat the butter.
4. Add egg yolk liquid and start the electric egg beater again.
5. Beat egg yolk and butter thoroughly until combined.
6. Sift in low-gluten flour.
7. Use a silicone spatula to stir and mix.
8. Knead the dough with your hands and let it rest at room temperature for 10 minutes.
9. Place the rested dough on the chopping board, put a piece of oil paper on top and bottom, and use a rolling pin to roll it out to about 2mm.
10. Remove the oil paper on top, use a bear mold to press out the bear pattern, carefully remove the bear biscuits, place them in the baking pan, and press all the dough.
11. My baking pan is a non-stick baking pan. If it is not this kind, you need to put a piece of oil paper on it and use the thick end of a toothpick to poke out the eyes, as shown in the picture.
12. Use the thin end of the toothpick to draw a smiling mouth. Complete in turn.
13. Preheat the oven to 170 degrees for 5 minutes. Place the baking sheet in the middle of the oven and bake at 170 degrees for 10-12 minutes. (The specific time will be determined according to the performance of your own oven.)
14. Wear insulation gloves to take out the baking pan and take photos beautifully (^_^)
15. Looking closer, you can see smiling faces and beaming with joy.
Tips
- 1. The flour should be sifted in in batches. Because different flours have different water absorption properties, they should be added in batches.
- 2. The temperature of the oven is determined according to the performance of your own oven. In addition, when baking biscuits, it is best to be patient and watch the color next to it at any time. , because this biscuit cannot be colored too heavily.
