Ingredients
- Sausage 1 piece
- Tofu 1 box
- Enoki mushroom 130g
- Fungus 2 grams
- Eggs 1
- Cilantro 1 root
- Water starch Appropriate amount

- Light soy sauce 2 spoons
Steps
1. Remove the roots of Enoki mushrooms and clean them
2. Take out a box of lactone tofu and cut into tofu strips
3. Shred the ham sausage
