Tiger quail eggs
Ingredients
- Quail eggs 250g
- Oil 10g
- tempeh 5 grams
- Light soy sauce 8g
- Ginger Appropriate amount
- Garlic Appropriate amount
- Green pepper Appropriate amount
Steps
1. Wash the green peppers, cut them into diagonal sections, and slice the ginger and garlic cloves.
2. Peel off the shells after the quail eggs are cooked.
3. Pour oil into the wok and add the peeled quail eggs.
4. Fry the quail eggs over low heat until the skin is slightly burnt, then remove them, leaving the base oil in the pan.
5. Add tempeh, ginger slices, garlic slices and green pepper segments and stir-fry over low heat until spicy.
6. Pour in the fried quail eggs and stir-fry until flavourful.
7. Finally, add light soy sauce and stir-fry evenly to incorporate the flavour.
8. Quail eggs are considered the "ginseng of animals". It is advisable to eat it regularly as a nourishing food therapy product. Quail eggs are unique in nutrition, so they are known as "the best eggs".
