Tomato and Luffa Calcium Porridge
Ingredients

Steps
1. Prepare all the ingredients, one tomato, one loofah, one egg each, one cup of rice, and 5 frozen shrimps
2. Add water to rice and soak for half an hour
3. After soaking, wash, drain and set aside
4. Add water to the pot and cook over high heat
5. After the water boils, add rice
6. Stir evenly to prevent the rice from sticking to the pot

11. Cut tomatoes with a cross knife and cut as far down as possible

13. Remove seeds from tomatoes and cut into cubes
14. Peel and wash the loofah
15. Cut the loofah into cubes
16. Put the diced loofah into a bowl and set aside
17. When the porridge cooking time is up, open the pot and add diced tomatoes
18. Stir evenly and wait for the pot to boil again
19. After boiling again, pour in diced loofah, stir evenly again, and bring to a boil
20. After boiling, turn down the heat and pour in the shrimp meat and egg liquid
21. Stir quickly and evenly until the shrimp meat and egg liquid are thick, then turn off the heat and add a few drops of sesame oil
22. After stirring evenly, take it out to the table and start eating!

- 1. While cooking porridge, you can dice melon and tomatoes at the same time, saving time!
