Tomato beef stew
Ingredients
- Beef 500g
- Tomato 4 pcs
- Onion Half
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Ginger 6 slices
- Onions Appropriate amount
- Salt Appropriate amount
- Sugar 1 tsp
Steps
1. Prepare materials.
2. Cut two tomatoes into small pieces and set aside.
3. Take another two tomatoes and cut crosses on them with a knife;
4. Then put it in a pot and add water to boil. After boiling, peel off the skin;
5. Place in a food processor and puree the tomatoes.
6. Cut the beef tendon into small pieces, put ginger and green onion in the pot, pour in the beef cubes and cook for 1 minute;

Tips
- Boiling beef in hot water can maintain the nutrition and freshness of the beef. Using tomato puree can make the soup thicker. If you like it sour, you can add tomato paste. You can also add some aniseed in moderation to make the soup taste better.
