tomato potato slices
Ingredients
- Potatoes 2 pieces
- Tomato 1
- Thirteen Incense A little

Steps
1. 2 potatoes and one tomato.
2. Peel the potatoes and cut them in half.
3. Cut into thin and even slices.
4. Wash away potato starch with clean water.
5. Cut the top of the tomato with a flower knife and roll it in boiling water for a few times.
6. Peel off the outer skin.
7. Cut in half and remove the stem.
8. Cut into small pieces and mince the garlic.
9. Pour an appropriate amount of oil into the hot pot, add thirteen incense in the oil, and fry over low heat until fragrant.
10. When the oil is 50% hot, add the potato slices.
11. Stir-fry over low heat until the potato slices become transparent. Add a tablespoon of light soy sauce.
12. Stir well over low heat.
13. Add tomato pieces.
