Tomato Sauce Pasta
Ingredients
- Pasta 200g
- Tomato 3-4 pieces
- Basil leaves Appropriate amount
- Onion Half
- Garlic 30g
Steps
1. Tomato Cross Flower Knife
2. Blanch skin with boiling water
3. Add butter, bay leaves and salt and cook the pasta for ten minutes
4. Peel and dice tomatoes
5. Chop onions
6. Dice garlic
7. Add olive oil to the pot and add onions and garlic
8. Saute onions and garlic and add diced tomatoes
9. Add water after gelatinization
10. Add basil leaves
11. Seasoning: salt, sugar, chicken powder
12. Stir until thick and add cooked pasta
