Two-color Madeleine Cake
Ingredients
- Eggs 2
- Butter 80g
- Low gluten flour 100g
- Baking powder 2 grams
- White sugar 70g
- Matcha powder 5g
- Monascus powder 5g
Steps
1. Prepare materials
2. Melt the butter in water and set aside
3. Crack the eggs into the container
4. Add all the sugar at one time and stir with a manual egg beater until the sugar melts
5. Sift in low-gluten flour and baking powder, mix evenly
6. Add butter and stir evenly
7. Divide the mixed flour into two equal portions
8. Sift red yeast powder and matcha powder into the two batters, and mix evenly
9. Put it into a piping bag and put it in the refrigerator for one hour
10. After an hour, take it out and let it warm, then squeeze the two flours into the mold according to your preference
11. Place in the preheated Dongling oven, heat up and down to 170 degrees, bake in the middle layer for 15 minutes, remove from the mold while hot and let cool
