Chop the ginger, onion, and garlic into mince, then add a small amount of water to soak for a while. Pour a small amount of the water from the ginger, onion, and garlic into the minced pork, then add salt, sugar, light soy sauce, sesame oil, and starch and stir evenly.Step 5
