Vanilla Madeleine
Low gluten flour 100g | Eggs 2 |
White sugar 120g | Baking powder 2 grams |
Unsalted butter 100g | Salt 1g |

Step 1
Place eggs, sugar and salt in a container and beat for 2 minutes until foamy.Step 2
After the low-gluten flour and baking powder are mixed evenly, add step 1 in 3 times, stir well each time and then add again until evenly mixed.Step 3
Add melted butter and vanilla extract in 3 batches and mix well.Step 4
Pour the batter into the greased mold in advance, about 7 minutes full. (My picture is slightly full.) Place in the preheated oven at 190 degrees, middle and lower racks, and bake for about 12 minutes until the surface is golden brown.
