Vegetable and Shrimp Porridge
Ingredients
- Rice 100g
- Shrimp 6 pieces
- Shiitake mushrooms 2 pods
- Celery q Appropriate amount
- Shrimp oil Appropriate amount
- Salt Appropriate amount
- Black pepper or white pepper Appropriate amount
- Ginger shreds Appropriate amount
- Corn kernels Appropriate amount
Steps
1. Prepare materials
2. Add appropriate amount of water to the casserole and bring to a boil.
3. After the water boils, add the washed rice.
4. Add the shrimp oil prepared in advance
5. Use a small spoon to stir a few times to prevent sticking to the bottom.
6. Add shredded ginger when boiling again
7. Put in corn kernels
8. Add the mushrooms.
9. When the rice porridge is cooked until thick, add the shrimp.
10. Add celery
11. Add salt to taste.
12. Add pepper to taste, you can leave it out if you don’t like it.
13. Keep stirring with a small spoon to prevent sticking.
14. Cook until thickened and turn off the heat.
