Warm winter nourishing soup
Ingredients
- Keel 500g
- Isinglass 15g
- Tea tree mushroom 10g
- Cordyceps Flower 5g
- Red dates 15g
- Ginger 2 slices
- Salt 3 grams
Steps
1. Prepare the ingredients
2. Boil water in a pot and add keel bones to blanch the water
3. Pick it up and wash it
4. Soak the isinglass in hot water until soft
5. Wash the tea tree mushrooms and soak them in water
6. Tea treeWash the mushrooms
7. Wash the red dates and remove the core
8. Peel the ginger, wash and cut it. Isinglass, washed and cut into small pieces
9. Put the keel into the stew pot
10. Add red dates
11. Add cordyceps flowers
12. Add tea tree mushrooms
13. Add isinglass and ginger slices
14. Pour in 90% of the water and simmer for 3 hours
