Steps
1. Prepare the ingredients for making whole grain rice and add them according to your preference. The ratio of whole grains to rice is 1:4. The proportion of whole grains should not be too high, as it will taste bad and make it difficult to digest.
2. The ratio of whole grain rice ingredients and water is 1:1.4 to cook whole grain rice. Since whole grains absorb water well, just use a little more water than usual to cook rice.
3. Prepare the ingredients for making fried rice, wash and set aside.
4. Cut the pineapple into quarters vertically.
