Winter Lamb Backbone Soup
Sheep spine 2 pounds | Green onions 2 paragraphs |
Star anise 1 | Cooking wine Appropriate amount |
Old ginger 1 small block | Ginger slices 3 tablets |
Step 1
Soak the lamb spine in cold water overnight. Remember to change the water and soak the blood. The stew will be more refreshing.Step 2
