Yam and Minced Pork Gnocchi
Ingredients
- Plain flour 100g
- Yam One section
- Carrot A small section
- Broccoli 3 flowers
- Tenderloin Appropriate amount
Steps
1. Prepare all ingredients
2. Chop the tenderloin, broccoli and carrots
3. Peel, wash and cut the yam into small pieces.
4. Add appropriate amount of water to the yam and put it into a food processor to make a puree.
5. Add the yam paste into the flour little by little
6. Use chopsticks to stir into a fluffy consistency
7. Add appropriate amount of cooking wine, light soy sauce, and salt to the pork and marinate for a while
8. Put an appropriate amount of water into the pot and bring to a boil
9. Add the stirred gnocchi and bring to a boil
10. Add tenderloin and cook
11. Add broccoli and carrots and continue cooking for a while
12. You can use chopsticks to stir while cooking to avoid sticking to the pan. After all the ingredients are cooked, add a little salt to taste.

Tips
- When adding yam puree, add it little by little. This will make the lumps smaller and easier to absorb.
