Steps
1. In addition to butter, pour pure milk, whole egg liquid, salt, caster sugar, flour, and dry yeast powder into the bread barrel in order, and start the dough mixing process.
2. At the expansion stage, add softened butter. Start kneading again. After reaching the complete stage, start the fermentation process.
3. Ferment until it is two to three times its original size.
4. Take out the fermented dough and press it a few times to deflate, divide it into large and small balls, and place them on the board to relax for 15 minutes. Use a rolling pin to roll the dough into a round shape.
5. Grease a baking sheet with butter. Place the rolled dough into the baking pan and shape it into a pizza crust.
6. Roll out the small dough into a thin crust.
7. Place the cheese sticks on the thin dough.
8. Wrap it up and cut off the excess dough first.
9. Wrapped cheese sticks. Then cut the cheese sticks into pieces. (Repeat this method to make enough zhixin.)
10. Use a fork to poke some holes into the dough. Arrange the cheese cubes.
11. Spread a layer of tomato sauce or pizza sauce.
12. Sprinkle some cheese.
13. Place another layer of mushrooms (the mushrooms should be fried with a little olive oil first).
14. Arrange bacon, onion shreds and green pepper shreds. (Bacon, onion shreds, and green pepper shreds must be fried and stir-fried first).
15. Spread the top layer with cheese.
16. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees, upper and lower heat, middle layer, and bake for 35 minutes. (Adjust according to the temperature of your own oven)
