Tips
- Making soup seems very simple, but in order to make it delicious, you must actually master certain key points:
- 1. When making soup, you must add enough water at one time. If you have no choice but to add water midway, you must also add boiling water.
- 2. When making soup, pour cold water into the pot. After the fire boils, turn to low.Bring to a simmer over low heat and keep the soup slightly boiled.
- 3. When making soup, try not to always lift the lid to stir or watch. It is best to use a casserole soup pot for stewing.
- 4. When making soup, do not add salt too early, usually 5 to 10 minutes before turning off the heat.
- As long as you pay attention to the above points, no matter what soup you make, it will be delicious!
