Steps
1. Put the pepper into the pot and roast it until fragrant
2. Grind the roasted peppercorns in a mortar
3. Cut the beef into half centimeter cubes, then chop it roughly with a knife a few times, do not chop it too finely
4. Put the chopped beef into a large bowl and add grated ginger
5. Add half of the ground Sichuan peppercorns, dark soy sauce, salt and peanut oil, stir evenly in the same direction, cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for later use

10. Divide the dough into two equal parts, put one part back in the plastic wrap for later use, divide the other part into 6 equal-sized balls, and roll these balls into length by hand. Approximately 8 cm long strips, apply a layer of peanut oil on the surface of each strip
11. Take a long strip, align the direction of the rolling pin with the long strip, and roll it into a dough piece with a width of about 8 cm
12. Apply enough peanut oil on the chopping board, place the dough piece on the oiled area, and roll the dough piece as long as possible
13. Place an appropriate amount of beef filling on one end of the dough, and then sprinkle an appropriate amount of chopped green onion
14. Sprinkle some more pepper powder
15. Wrap the filling with dough
