Stir-fried pork with king oyster mushrooms
Ingredients
- Pleurotus eryngii
- red pepper
- Tenderloin
- ginger
- Garlic

Steps
1. Cut the tenderloin into slices, add salt, meat tenderizer powder, cooking wine, marinate for preparation, slice ginger and garlic, set aside
2. Slice the king oyster mushrooms with a diagonal knife and set aside
3. Slice red bell peppers with a diagonal knife and set aside
4. Put water in the pot and bring to a boil. Add the king oyster mushrooms for two minutes, take them out and place them in a colander for later use. Same as above for the red bell peppers.
5. Place the wok on a high fire
6. Pour in appropriate amount of oil
7. When the oil temperature is moderate, add sliced ginger and garlic
8. When the aroma becomes fragrant, pour in the marinated meat slices
9. Stir-fry for a while. When the meat pieces are cooked, add a little cooking wine and stir-fry
10. Pour in the blanched king oyster mushrooms and stir-fry for two minutes
11. Add the blanched red bell pepper,
12. Stir fry for a while
13. Add oil, seasonings, salt and stir well
14. Stir fry for two minutes
15. Installation is done
