Steamed Basa Fish Fillet
Ingredients
- Basa fish fillet One piece
- Ginger shreds Appropriate amount

Steps
1. Slice lemon and shred ginger and set aside.
2. Defrost the basa fish fillet naturally. After cleaning, use kitchen paper to absorb excess water.

4. Place fish fillets on top of the ginger shreds and add cooking wine.
5. Add appropriate amount of salt, not too much, just a little bit.
6. Place lemon on top of the fish fillet, cover and marinate for 15 minutes.

8. When steaming the fish, we prepare shredded green onions and spicy millet for later use.
