Step 1
Wash the prawns, remove the shrimp strings and set aside.Step 2
Prepare an appropriate amount of shallots, soaked red peppers, ginger and garlic, cut into minced pieces or slices and set aside.Step 3
Add appropriate amount of starch and water in a bowl to make water starch and set aside.Step 4
Add oil to a hot pan. When the oil is hot, add the prawns and fry until they change color. Take them out.Step 5
Leave the base oil in the pot, add minced red pepper, minced ginger and minced garlic, stir-fry until fragrant.Step 6
Add the fried prawns and stir-fry evenly.Step 7
Add appropriate amount of cooking wine, refined salt, MSG, sugar and vinegar and stir-fry quickly. Finally, pour in the prepared water starch and stir-fry until the soup thickens.Step 8
