Pumpkin glutinous rice cake
Ingredients
- Pumpkin 130g
- Glutinous rice flour 120g
- Corn oil 15g
- Cheng powder 30g
- Coconut Appropriate amount
- Bean Paste Appropriate amount
Steps
1. Prepare all materials.
2. Steam the pumpkin and grind it into puree with a spoon.
3. While hot, add glutinous rice flour, corn starch and corn oil.
4. Mix and knead into a moderately soft and hard dough.
5. Divide the dough and bean paste into equal portions.
6. Take a portion of the dough, spread it thinly and wrap it with the bean paste filling.
7. Round the edge downwards.
8. Put oil paper on each piece of dough. Place in steamer.
9. Steam over high heat for 15 minutes.
10. Prepare an appropriate amount of coconut milk and pour it into a small bowl.
11. While hot, put the glutinous rice cake into the coconut and roll it around.

Tips
- The amount of glutinous rice flour is not fixed, because the steamed pumpkin has a lot of water, so it needs to be changed flexibly.
