1️⃣The sweet potato dough is on the dry side. If the dough feels dry, you can add a small amount of water to knead it into a dough. If you don’t have sweet potatoes, you can use pumpkin. If the pumpkin dough is too moist, you need to add more glutinous rice flour.
2️⃣Each oven has a different temperature, and the baking time can be flexibly adjusted according to the temperament of your own oven. I use the Changdi Smart Electric Oven. The temperature is accurate to zero. The baked food is evenly colored and tastes great!
