A bite of Inari sushi
Ingredients
- Tofu 100g
- White rice 500g
- Canned tuna 1 can
- Vinegar Appropriate amount
- Salt Appropriate amount
- Eggs Appropriate amount
- Carrot Appropriate amount
- Pickled radish Appropriate amount
- Ham Appropriate amount
- Cucumber Appropriate amount
- Sesame Appropriate amount
- Sugar Appropriate amount
Steps
1. Prepare materials
2. Boil a pot of hot rice, add appropriate amount of salt, vinegar and sugar to make vinegared rice, let cool and set aside
3. Boil hot water, add some soy sauce and chicken essence to taste, and cook the fried tofu for a while
4. Make a small opening on one side of the fried tofu. After the vinegar rice has cooled, stuff it into the fried tofu
5. Put tuna on top
6. Squeeze a little more salad dressing
7. Finally, sprinkle a little sesame seeds on it. Chop the carrots, cucumbers, ham and pickled radish and follow the previous steps
Tips
- It doesn't take long to cook the fried tofu, because it is already cooked, so it is better to use stock for the soup.
- It is recommended to add sesame seeds. Although the amount is small, the nutrition is more balanced.
