Almond Cheese Crackers
Ingredients
- Butter 100g
- Powdered sugar 50g
- Milk 30g
- Cream cheese 45g
- Low gluten flour 120g
- Egg yolk Appropriate amount
- Almond slices Appropriate amount
Steps
1. Soften the butter in advance and press it lightly with your hands until there are pits.
2. Add powdered sugar and beat until white and fluffy.
3. Add half of the milk and beat well.
4. Add the other half of the milk and beat until fully absorbed.
5. Add cream cheese. (The cream cheese does not need to be smoothed in advance)
6. Beat until fully absorbed.
7. Sift in the cake flour. Use a silicone spatula to mix until smooth and no dry powder.
8. You can use a biscuit mold or directly use plastic wrap to organize into square strips, and put it in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
9. Take it out, cut it into about 1CM thick slices, and put it on the baking tray.
10. Coat the surface with egg yolk liquid and put almond slices on it.
11. Put the baking cube in, adjust the upper tube to 150 degrees and the lower tube to 160 degrees, and bake for about 25 minutes.
12. Take out of the oven and let cool.
13. Finished product.
14. Very crispy.
Tips
- 1. I like to use fermented butter to make biscuits, which feels better in flavor.
- 2. I use whole egg yolks for the surface of the biscuits. If it is whole egg liquid, the color may be lighter.
