7. Sift in the cake flour. Use a silicone spatula to mix until smooth and no dry powder.

8. You can use a biscuit mold or directly use plastic wrap to organize into square strips, and put it in the refrigerator for 2 hours.

9. Take it out, cut it into about 1CM thick slices, and put it on the baking tray.
