Assorted hot and sour soup
Ingredients
- Silent Tofu 150g
- Eggs 1
- Ham sausage 1 piece
- Shiitake mushrooms 100g
- Soaked fungus 25g
- Carrot 100g
- Cilantro 1 plant
- Starch 2 teaspoons
- Water Three and a half bowls
- Hot and sour sauce material:
- Pepper 1 tablespoon
- Age vinegar 2 tablespoons
- Oyster sauce 1 tablespoon
- Light soy sauce 1 tablespoon
Steps
1. Prepare materials
2. Shred the tender tofu, wash and remove the stems of the mushrooms and slice them
3. Shred the carrots, shred the ham, wash and shred the fungus
4. Chop coriander
5. Beat the eggs and set aside
6. Take a bowl and add pepper, vinegar, oyster sauce, and light soy sauce to make a sauce
