Beautiful and delicious braised beef noodles
Ingredients
- Beef brisket or beef ribs 1000g
- Ginger 1 piece
- Onion 1 tree
- Anise 4 pcs
- Cinnamon 1 piece

- Rock sugar 1 small handful
- Braised soy sauce 2 tablespoons
- Yellow wine 2 tablespoons

Steps
1. When making braised beef, choose beef brisket or beef ribs. These two parts of beef are suitable for braised beef.
2. Cut the beef into large pieces, do not cut it into small pieces.
3. Soak the beef in clean water to remove the blood, changing the water frequently until the beef turns white, then drain and set aside.
4. Heat the pan with cold oil, fry the star anise over low heat until fragrant, then add rock sugar.
5. Stir-fry over low heat until the sugar turns brown. Do not overcook it, otherwise it will become bitter.
6. Pour in the beef and stir-fry quickly to allow the beef to color evenly. Since I took photos while operating, there are some slight unevenness.
7. Then add green onion and ginger slices, add rice wine and braised soy sauce, stir-fry quickly until fragrant.
8. Add water, add enough at one time, do not heat the water here.
9. If foam appears after the water boils, skim it off immediately with a spoon.
10. Until it is all skimmed out.
11. Then pour into the electric pressure cooker, add hawthorn, cover the pot lid, and start the pot. At the end of the program, add appropriate amount of salt.
12.The beef is soft but not rotten.
13. The soup is particularly clear and fragrant.
14. Then put the noodles into the pot and cook, prepare beef soup in a bowl, put the noodles into the soup, add a few pieces of beef, and add some boiled vegetables.
